Use this to prepare before starting execution.

Primary route: /console/settings -> invite link -> /sign-up

Prerequisites

  • Owner account has access to staff invitation controls.
  • A fresh invitee email address is available.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Open Settings and send invitation for a specific role (MANAGER, FRONTDESK, or STAFF).
  2. 2. Open invitation link in a separate browser/incognito session.
  3. 3. Complete sign-up using invited email and password.
  4. 4. Verify role is shown as pre-assigned and cannot be changed during sign-up.
  5. 5. Sign in as invited user and confirm permissions match invited role.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Invitation can be claimed only by intended email.
  • Role is locked on invited sign-up flow.
  • New user lands in the correct role scope after sign-in.
