Prerequisites

  • Service catalog is already created.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Create at least two staff profiles.
  2. 2. Assign roles and weekly schedules for each staff member.
  3. 3. Record one time-off request and approve/reject it.
  4. 4. Create at least two rooms with capacity values.
  5. 5. Deactivate and reactivate one room to validate lifecycle controls.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Staff and room records can be created and edited from UI.
  • Time-off state transitions appear in staff management.
  • Rooms can be activated/deactivated without database edits.
