  • Customer has upcoming booking events to trigger notifications.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Open notification settings in customer portal.
  2. 2. Toggle event preferences for booking updates and reminders.
  3. 3. Trigger booking update from console or customer actions.
  4. 4. Verify only enabled channels are received.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • In-app notifications respect preference toggles.
  • Email notifications respect preference toggles.
  • Push notifications are not expected in this release.
