Prerequisites

  • Customer account already has at least one booking.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Open customer bookings list.
  2. 2. Reschedule one booking to an available slot.
  3. 3. Cancel another booking from portal.
  4. 4. Re-open bookings list and verify updated statuses.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Booking updates are immediately reflected in portal.
  • Console booking records show matching status changes.
  • Invalid slot selections are blocked.
