Prerequisites

  • Frontdesk role account exists with booking/customer permissions.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Create a walk-in customer from Customer CRM.
  2. 2. Open bookings and create a booking for that customer.
  3. 3. Assign staff and room, then confirm booking.
  4. 4. Update status through check-in and completion steps.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Walk-in source is saved on customer profile.
  • Booking can be completed without customer self-signup.
  • Customer appears in CRM with linked booking history.
