Prerequisites

  • At least two customer records exist (for duplicate merge test).
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Open Customer CRM and search/select a customer from directory.
  2. 2. Update profile details and save.
  3. 3. Add a communication entry with summary and outcome.
  4. 4. Use QR lookup field with a valid customer QR payload.
  5. 5. Open duplicate records and execute one merge action.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Profile and communication updates save without errors.
  • QR lookup selects the correct customer profile.
  • Merge action combines records into selected customer.
