Prerequisites

  • At least one completed customer booking exists.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Create one percentage promotion and one fixed promotion.
  2. 2. Set active period and validate invalid date ranges are blocked.
  3. 3. Apply promotion in a checkout scenario and verify discount effect.
  4. 4. Open reviews page and inspect pending/approved/rejected states.
  5. 5. Moderate a pending review and publish approved entry.
  6. 6. Add a business response to one approved review.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Promotion rules apply only during active periods.
  • Only approved reviews are public-facing.
  • Business responses are attached to moderated reviews.
