Prerequisites

  • A future booking exists for test changes.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Open a scheduled booking and mark it as no-show (if permitted).
  2. 2. Open another booking and cancel with reason.
  3. 3. Check timeline entries for both actions.
  4. 4. Confirm frontdesk can still view and reconcile these cases.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • No-show and cancellation statuses are saved correctly.
  • Reason and audit context is visible in booking detail.
  • Downstream reports include these statuses correctly.
