Prerequisites

  • Use a new customer email that is not a platform admin email.
Step-by-step test instructions
Follow in exact order. Do not skip steps.
  1. 1. Sign up as a customer using email and password.
  2. 2. Verify email using code from support@cauldnclark.com.
  3. 3. Open discover page and filter by city/service.
  4. 4. Open a branch and start booking flow.
  5. 5. Select service/time/staff and complete booking.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Unverified customer cannot complete online booking.
  • Verified customer can create booking successfully.
  • Booking appears in customer portal and console bookings list.
