  2. 2. Open one business profile and branch profile page.
  3. 3. Check profile details: services, ratings, and operational info.
  4. 4. Start booking from public page and continue into customer booking flow.
Pass criteria
Guide is complete only when all checks below are true.
  • Branch appears in discover results with expected metadata.
  • Public profile renders approved reviews only.
  • Customer can continue into booking after sign-in and verification.
